Job Summary

Pacifica Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to hotel guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage guest accounts, including handling payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by participating in team efforts and providing support to colleagues as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within hotel operations, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with hotel operations software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the hotel.
