Essential Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.
• Manage cash handling and make change accurately, maintaining a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and safe dining room and restroom environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, staying organized and focused on delivering excellent service.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
• Be open to coaching and mentoring, embracing a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting, as well as working in confined spaces and tolerating temperature changes.
