About Mindful Support Services

Mindful Support Services is committed to empowering mental health professionals, including therapists, psychologists, and nurse practitioners, to establish their private practices without the burdensome administrative tasks. We deliver exceptional billing, marketing, and operational support to independent mental health care providers across the region. Since our inception, we have collaborated with numerous providers and continue to expand our reach.

Role Responsibilities

This position is essential for delivering outstanding customer service by managing daily administrative functions that ensure smooth operations. Dedicated and skilled team members will have access to leadership training and opportunities for career advancement.

Key Duties Include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service through various communication channels
  • Creating a friendly and inviting environment for clients
  • Overseeing front desk operations and assisting clients in preparing for their appointments
  • Coordinating client scheduling
  • Assisting mental health professionals with administrative tasks
  • Verifying client insurance benefits

Qualifications for Success

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A strong work ethic and a sense of accountability
  • A willingness to navigate challenging interactions in a mental health setting
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A motivation to receive constructive feedback and pursue personal growth
  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Work Schedule: Availability required on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 8-hour shifts between 7 AM and 8 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 4 PM.
