Client Support Coordinator

Role Responsibilities
The Service Desk Coordinator is a professional who possesses a blend of sales and customer service expertise, along with fundamental communication skills. This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional experience for our service guests, prospective students, and all visitors. The coordinator also serves as a mentor to aspiring professionals, ensuring a seamless guest service experience within the clinic classroom.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in customer service and sales. They should be self-driven, capable of setting and surpassing goals while inspiring others. This position demands proficiency in effective communication, conflict resolution, teamwork, and knowledge of beauty product sales.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in guest services
- Outstanding organizational, coaching, and communication abilities
- Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and financial accountability
- Reliable work history with references
- Genuine passion for the beauty industry
- Integrity and professionalism
- Experience in cash management and balancing cash drawers
- Ability to manage high volumes of phone calls is preferred
- Familiarity with the Meevo booking system is advantageous
