Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update patient information during each visit.
  • Build rapport with clients by remembering their names, preferences, and personal stories.
  • Address inquiries, alleviate concerns, and respect individual boundaries with sensitivity.
  • Ensure a positive patient experience through compassionate support.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed throughout the day.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math proficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, reception, or a related field.
