Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through various channels including in-person, phone, and email.
  • Manage incoming calls, relay messages, and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Draft and distribute correspondence including emails, memos, letters, and forms.
  • Organize and maintain client and billing records.
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and quarterly tax filings for multiple entities.
  • Keep contact lists updated and organized.
  • Input invoices accurately and ensure proper filing.
  • Maintain and update sales leads through various platforms.
  • Assist with sales processes and contract management.
Required Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping.
  • Familiarity with vehicle title processes is advantageous.
  • Background in administrative support or office management is beneficial.
  • Proficient in using office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
  • Strong command of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
