  • Utilize our CRM system to track developments related to new business opportunities and customer requirements.
  • Surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets while achieving lead generation goals.
  • Secure new contracts by providing potential clients with the necessary information to visualize our offerings and close deals efficiently.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and present mutually beneficial solutions to prospects.
  • Conduct cold calls and emails to potential clients, arrange in-person sales meetings, and respond to client inquiries.
  • Differentiate our brand in the market through competitive analysis and awareness of product trends.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Attend networking events and company sales meetings.
  • Execute all responsibilities associated with outside sales representation.
  • Schedule appointments and master sales conversations and objection handling.
  • Convert objections into opportunities by addressing potential barriers such as budget constraints and competition.
  • Efficiently manage your sales pipeline while continuously adding new prospects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to educate clients on our unique value proposition.
  • Adhere to the established business plan.
  • Engage in client lunches and networking events.
  • Conduct door-to-door B2B sales and cold calling.
  • Build and nurture client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using a CRM system.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • 3-5 years of experience in inside or outside sales is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree or high school diploma is desirable.
  • At least 2 years of experience in outside sales or related marketing roles.
  • Team-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with a focus on service, detail, and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated success in sales is crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must.
  • A high school diploma is required; industry or product knowledge is a plus.
  • Exceptional skills in negotiation, presentation, persuasion, and communication.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Goal-oriented and a self-starter.
  • Ability to make a positive first impression.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with a passion for contributing to team objectives.
