We are currently in search of a B2B Marketing Specialist to craft and implement content strategies that drive high-quality leads and elevate brand visibility, helping us fulfill our mission.

To support our objectives, we seek a B2B Marketing Specialist with a demonstrated history of lead generation and brand enhancement through diverse marketing channels and content development. This role envisions a future where every older adult has access to customized, user-friendly online workout programs. This is a full-time position and will report to our Marketing and Communications Director.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement B2B content strategies that generate quality leads and boost brand recognition.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our B2B clientele through market research and customer engagement; identify market trends, assess customer requirements, and analyze the competitive landscape to ensure Age Bold is strategically positioned in rapidly changing markets.
  • Oversee Age Bold's field marketing initiatives: develop and execute event sponsorship and thought leadership strategies by participating in conferences alongside the sales team, creating pre/post-event marketing plans, managing event logistics, and producing compelling marketing materials (case studies, one-pagers, collateral).

Collaborate with the sales team to create high-quality sales presentations and one-pagers that effectively convey our value proposition, ensuring all content is stylistically consistent and aligns with our brand messaging while also being adaptable to various customer segments.


Essential Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Marketing with a proven track record of lead generation and brand enhancement through various marketing channels and content creation.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a high capacity for independent work.
  • Quick Learner: Demonstrated capability to swiftly and effectively grasp and integrate new information.
  • Willingness to travel: Ability to attend key conferences, with travel expected approximately 15% of the time.

Additionally, it would be advantageous to have:

  • Experience in Healthcare or Digital Health.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation:

We are dedicated to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable compensation approach, anticipating that this position will earn between $85K - $105K annually. The specific salary will depend on the relevant and transferable experience you bring to the role. You will also receive meaningful equity in the form of a stock option grant.
