The Staffing Coordinator is pivotal in guaranteeing that our clients receive exceptional care services. This role involves close collaboration with clients and caregivers to foster a nurturing and effective care environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, salaried position offering a compensation range of $50,000 to $55,000 annually.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals throughout the care process.
- Collaborate with the team to create and execute personalized care plans for each client.
- Advocate for clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are prioritized.
- Conduct intake assessments and regularly review and adjust client care requirements.
- Organize and coordinate client appointments, promptly communicating any changes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with company policies.
- Work alongside caregivers, clients, and healthcare professionals to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Provide resources and support to clients and caregivers to enhance care outcomes.
- Engage in team meetings, offering insights and feedback to refine care processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in home care coordination or a similar role.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
- A compassionate and patient-centered approach.
