Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with internal teams, including engineers and administrative personnel, to effectively delegate and execute tasks.
- Engage with clients and external agencies as necessary to ensure project alignment.
- Conduct technical evaluations, analyses, and design work.
- Organize and oversee project components and timelines.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Assist in crafting proposals for professional service offerings.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a focus on water resources.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in NJ is highly preferred.
- Proficient in software tools such as HydroCAD, PondPack, SewerGEMS, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and SRH-2D.
- Strong background in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, bridge scour evaluation, and stormwater management for transportation projects is highly desirable.
- Experience with two-dimensional hydraulic modeling is a plus.
- Familiarity with NJDEP Flood Hazard Area and Stormwater Management regulations is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in basic MS Office applications.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
