Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with conducting ad hoc analyses to enhance business productivity and efficiency.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Skills:
- Exceptional customer service abilities and strong communication skills for client interactions.
- Proficient in translating complex financial data into understandable terms for diverse audiences.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, particularly regarding profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and complete financial benchmarking reports.
- Analyze and review profit and loss statements and other financial documents.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide training and support on financial analysis to clients and team members.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the financial benchmarking process, including data intake and Excel data entry.
- Assist consultants with various financial analysis needs.
- Create, format, and maintain documents in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Compensation:
The starting salary for this position is $70,000, based on skills and experience.
