Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Partner to contribute to Team Snapchat. In this role, you will be instrumental in generating revenue by cultivating and overseeing strategic alliances with brands and agencies, aiding them in enhancing their digital footprint on Snapchat. You will be based in a Snap office and will require exceptional presentation abilities, a solid track record of managing senior-level relationships, multitasking capabilities, and a profound understanding of the digital advertising landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Enhance Snap's revenue by addressing business challenges faced by various marketing functions within client and partner agencies.
  • Employ a consultative methodology to provide strategic media solutions to clients, utilizing the vertical playbook to establish campaign objectives, learning agendas, and best practices.
  • Act as the primary business representative for partnerships with senior management at client organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal and client cross-functional teams to structure and implement operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Define strategic approaches for specific regions, develop actionable work plans, and create compelling sales propositions using both internal and external data.
  • Balance innovation, learning agendas, and revenue generation for Snap.
  • Ensure clients receive exceptional sales and operational customer service.
  • Develop and implement best practices for client engagement, sales, and service delivery.
  • Establish metrics to assess account growth and performance, providing reports as necessary and recommending enhancements.
  • Create impactful sales presentations supported by market insights and case studies.
  • Oversee the planning and development of senior client meeting agendas, ensuring appropriate materials, participants, and key actions are in place.
  • Keep clients informed about Snapchat products and updates, educating them on best practices.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in social media, mobile applications, and digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to engage and collaborate with C-Level executives.
  • In-depth knowledge of self-serve platforms, auction mechanisms, and biddable digital advertising buying.
  • Demonstrated success in gaining support from key stakeholders.
  • Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision-makers in brands and their agencies.
  • Proven history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Passion for Snapchat and marketing, with a readiness to build initiatives from the ground up.
