Job Overview

This position will report to the Regional Sales Director for Strategic Accounts and offers the flexibility to work remotely from any location within the United States. We are eager to welcome a new team member promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement account strategies for our premier global strategic accounts in collaboration with key executive and technical leaders.
  • Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients while diligently tracking activities in Salesforce.
  • Negotiate and structure business agreements with various stakeholders, including procurement and senior management.
  • Demonstrate the ability to sell to multiple decision-makers, manage negotiations, and successfully close deals.
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand revenue within existing customer accounts to meet Procore's strategic goals and sales targets.
  • Provide timely sales forecasts and account plans to sales leadership.
  • Stay informed on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities to identify product enhancements and new offerings.
  • Monitor market competition and respond swiftly and appropriately.
Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of proven success in software sales, with a track record of identifying and closing high-value contracts.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Preferred experience in the construction sector, particularly within the top ENR segment.
  • Experience selling licenses or subscriptions to large, complex organizations, with a comprehensive understanding of territory management.
  • Experience collaborating with an extended sales team.
  • A balanced combination of curiosity, ambition, resilience, and a positive mindset.
  • Construction industry experience is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $218,040 - $299,805, plus commission, leading to estimated on-target earnings of $363,400 - $499,675. This role is also eligible for equity compensation.
