Role Responsibilities

The Senior Client Solutions Executive will:

  • Drive the acceleration of clients' cloud adoption and maximize the value derived from their cloud investments.
  • Collaborate with client leaders and engineering teams to strategize and manage their cloud journey.
  • Advocate for clients within our organization, ensuring their needs are communicated effectively.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' business visions and processes, promoting the adoption of appropriate solutions.
  • Utilize delivery experience in large-scale transformations to guide clients through their AWS adoption stages.
  • Act as a coach for clients' cloud journeys, representing their interests to our leadership and technical teams.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs with a proven track record of delivering customer benefits.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, engaging with executives and technologists to resolve business challenges using advanced technologies.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

  • PMP, SCRUM/Agile, or SAFe certification.
  • Experience in implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects.
