Everlaw is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Enterprise Account Executive who embodies our core values of meticulousness, self-driven standards, open communication, and customer respect. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with identifying and securing new business opportunities within Fortune 2000 companies.
Your Responsibilities
You will leverage your experience in prospecting, conducting discovery calls, and delivering sales presentations, all while showcasing a proven history of closing deals with large enterprise clients. A profound understanding of value-based selling and SaaS solutions is essential, as is the ability to articulate the value of our offerings to both Customers and Partners. Your success will hinge on your ability to initiate new accounts and broaden our presence within existing ones by effectively demonstrating how Everlaw can fulfill their eDiscovery and litigation requirements.
Sales Team Dynamics
As a key member of our Sales team, you will often be the first point of contact for potential Everlaw clients. We strive to make these interactions memorable and impactful, focusing on excellence throughout the process of enhancing litigation and discovery workflows. Your role will involve genuine curiosity during discovery calls, delivering highly customized demonstrations, and creating compelling proofs of value to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
Position Details
This is a full-time, exempt position based in our New York City office, with a hybrid work schedule available.

- Enhance your understanding of Everlaw's software and sales processes through comprehensive training.
- Expand your product knowledge via Everlaw's Product certification.
- Develop and manage strategic territory and account plans.
- Engage with prospects and existing clients to foster relationships.
- Execute your plans to build a robust pipeline that leads to consistent quota attainment.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Work with the marketing team to create and implement demand generation initiatives.
- Utilize strategic thinking to navigate complex sales cycles from qualification to closure.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Utilize our sales technology stack to identify, manage, and close new opportunities.
- Proven success in selling SaaS platforms to new accounts, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- Expertise in securing significant 'land' deals.
- A minimum of 7 years of successful field sales experience in an Enterprise SaaS environment.
- A strong curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
- A proactive approach to building your own sales pipeline.
- Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve personal and team goals.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.
- Experience in creating needs analysis content for senior leadership presentations.
- A collaborative spirit, ready to support colleagues in achieving team objectives.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, independent work environment.
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience in selling legal technologies.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC and/or Command of Message methodologies.
- The expected On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $280,000, with a base salary of $140,000.
