Job Title: Head of Annuity Marketing

Guardian Life Insurance Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Annuity Marketing team. As the Head of Annuity Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our annuity products and services.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to create and execute marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media, and event planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and distribution, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and optimize results.
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company funds.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in annuity or insurance marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of marketing professionals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with a focus on annuity or insurance marketing.
