- Leadership and Team Development: Mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and promotional tactics to drive market share and revenue growth.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with significant experience in product marketing, brand management, and communications.
- Experience across Adtech/Martech, SaaS, advertising ecosystem.
- Experience building and managing teams across marketing specialties.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making and campaign optimization.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Smart and Fast Learner: Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts, adapt to new challenges, and stay ahead of industry trends.
