About the Role

Tabs is seeking an experienced VP of Marketing to drive and lead our marketing strategy, focusing on B2B performance marketing. As the head of the marketing team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Your leadership will be instrumental in positioning Tabs as the leading AI-driven Revenue Automation Platform, fostering our brand presence, and ensuring a seamless journey from prospect to loyal advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy focused on demand generation, lead nurturing, and driving revenue growth.
  • Build and scale the marketing team, establishing scalable processes to support growth, from inbound marketing and SEO to paid advertising and customer advocacy programs.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and customer experience.
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies, utilizing analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness, optimize lead funnels, and drive ROI.
  • Elevate Tabs' brand through compelling storytelling, thought leadership, and consistent messaging.
  • Drive product marketing and enablement, developing a deep understanding of our product, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong background in performance marketing, demand generation, and growth marketing within SaaS startups.
  • A data-driven marketer who can analyze metrics, develop insights, and adapt quickly to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Strong experience in fintech or similar verticals, with a deep understanding of the office of the CFO, revenue operations, and familiarity with ERPs.
  • Proven ability to build and scale marketing teams, create scalable processes, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives.
Location

This role is based in New York City, requiring 4-5 days a week in our Manhattan office.
