Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Annuity Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and support for the annuity line of business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that drive sales growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness for the annuity line of business.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to create and implement marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, and event planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, distribution, compliance, and legal, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Manage and maintain marketing budgets, including forecasting, planning, and tracking expenses.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including vendors, agencies, and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure our marketing strategies remain effective and compliant.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in annuity marketing, insurance, or financial industry marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
