Fifth Third Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager II to join our team. As a key member of our mortgage sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of loan originators, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive mortgage sales growth and revenue
  • Manage a team of loan originators, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including realtors, builders, and financial center personnel
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product offerings to provide expert guidance to loan originators and customers

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of residential mortgage sales experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, referral sources, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, processes, and regulations
