Job Summary:

As the Health Insurance Sales Manager at Enhance Health PLLC, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a team of passionate and results-driven health insurance agents engaged in outside sales activities. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional leadership, guidance, and support to the team, empowering them to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the health insurance outside sales team, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment that promotes growth and professional development.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to expand the customer base, drive revenue growth, and promote the importance of health insurance coverage.
  • Mentorship and Training: Recruit, onboard, and train new health insurance agents, equipping them with the necessary product knowledge, sales techniques, and a passion for making a positive impact on individuals' health and well-being.
  • Performance Management: Monitor the team's sales activities, track individual and collective performance, and provide ongoing coaching to achieve sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
