The primary responsibilities for this role include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to public sector clients on various employee benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and disability benefits.
  • Customizing benefit solutions to meet each client's specific needs, aligning with their objectives, financial constraints, and regulatory standards.
