Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities for this role include:
- Providing expert advice and guidance to public sector clients on various employee benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and disability benefits.
- Customizing benefit solutions to meet each client's specific needs, aligning with their objectives, financial constraints, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with clients to develop competitive benefit packages that attract and retain talent while enhancing employee wellbeing and financial security.
- Utilizing data analytics to assess the performance of existing benefit programs, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Creating comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, emphasizing key insights, trends, and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:
