Enterprise Account Growth Manager

About the RoleThe Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for meeting and exceeding Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets within assigned accounts. They will acquire new customers and expand existing ones, actively prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
This role requires building strong relationships with assigned customers to maximize Incident IQ's offerings. The candidate will develop deep knowledge of assigned accounts and work closely with cross-functional teams to understand our technologies.
Main Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed sales results - new ARR targets
- Prioritize assigned prospects and customers
- Contact prospects, generate interest, and qualify needs for Incident IQ's offerings
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Manage the buying cycle for all new prospects
- Expand assigned customers with the goal of achieving 100% sold for Incident IQ's offerings
To succeed in this role, you should have a track record of consistent top performance, meeting/exceeding ARR targets. You must also have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex technology.
A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of new logo sales experience with SaaS solutions or 5 years in the K-12 market are required. Experience in SaaS sales to the K12 market is highly preferred.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
