Job Overview

Natera, a global leader in cell-free DNA (cfDNA) testing, seeks an experienced Enterprise Strategic Account Manager to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships within hospital systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute interdepartmental strategies to remove barriers and increase access to Natera's testing across the enterprise.
  • Drive organizational initiatives with a focus on integrations, contracting, and novel approaches to establish deep relationships between entities.
  • Become an expert in Natera's technology and service offerings, representing the company at high levels: with KOL physicians, Medical Directors, Hospital Administrators, Lab Directors, and IT professionals.
  • Develop business plans based on goals, expectations, and available resources, coordinating strategies and tactics with team members across all business units.
  • Work effectively with Natera team members to maximize potential business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Create and improve testing workflows and efficiencies to standardize Natera products system-wide.
  • Establish positive working relationships with key customer segments (internal and external).
  • This role involves regular work with PHI in paper and electronic form and access to various technologies to access PHI.
  • Travel up to 70% to meet with customers and team members.
  • Complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training, and security training within the first 30 days of hire.
  • Maintain a current status on Natera training requirements.
