Position Overview We are in search of a skilled and experienced Permanent Head of Revenue Cycle Operations to lead our esteemed organization in the healthcare sector. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a qualified professional to influence the financial success of our organization. The selected candidate will be instrumental in enhancing revenue cycle performance, managing operations across multiple sites, and spearheading strategic change initiatives. Key Responsibilities: As the Head of Revenue Cycle Operations, your responsibilities will encompass:
1. Overseeing the complete revenue cycle process, including patient registration, insurance verification, billing, collections, and customer service.
2. Implementing strategies for cost transformation and profitability to optimize revenue and minimize unnecessary expenditures.
3. Managing operations across multiple sites to ensure efficient processes are maintained.
4. Developing and executing payer strategy and contracting initiatives to maximize reimbursement and minimize contractual allowances.
5. Leading change management and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Building and nurturing strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
7. Overseeing acquisitions, integrations, and implementation projects to drive growth.
8. Providing strategic direction and leadership to the revenue cycle team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Head of Revenue Cycle Operations position should possess:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management within the healthcare sector, demonstrating a successful track record.
2. Strong expertise in cost transformation, multi-site operations, payer strategy, change management, client relationship management, and integration projects.
3. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
5. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with clients and team members.
6. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional certification would be advantageous.
