We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and shape the financial success of our organization as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management. This is an excellent opportunity to drive revenue cycle performance, oversee multi-site operations, and implement strategic change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire revenue cycle operation, including patient registration, insurance verification, billing, collections, and customer service.
- Implement cost transformation profitability strategies to optimize revenue and reduce unnecessary expenses.
- Manage multi-site, multi-shore, and shared service operations to ensure seamless and efficient processes across all locations.
- Develop and execute payor strategy and contracting initiatives to maximize reimbursement and minimize contractual allowances.
- Lead change management and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead acquisitions, integrations, and implementation projects to drive growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge and experience in cost transformation profitability, multi-site/multi-shore/shared service operations, payor strategy/contracting, change management/process improvement, client relationship management, and acquisitions/integrations/implementation.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field.
