Position Overview: We are in search of a skilled and experienced Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead our financial operations within the healthcare sector. This role is critical for enhancing revenue cycle efficiency, managing operations across multiple sites, and driving strategic initiatives for change management.

Responsibilities: As the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Overseeing the complete revenue cycle process, including patient registration, insurance verification, billing, collections, and customer service.
2. Implementing strategies for cost transformation and profitability to enhance revenue and minimize unnecessary expenditures.
3. Managing operations across multiple sites to ensure efficient processes.
4. Developing and executing payer strategies and contracting initiatives to optimize reimbursement and reduce contractual allowances.
5. Leading change management and process improvement efforts to boost operational efficiency.
6. Cultivating strong client relationships to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
7. Directing acquisitions, integrations, and implementation projects to foster growth.
8. Providing strategic leadership to the revenue cycle team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management within the healthcare sector, demonstrating a successful track record.
2. In-depth knowledge of cost transformation, multi-site operations, payer strategy, change management, client relationship management, and integration projects.
3. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate a diverse workforce.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
5. Superior communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
6. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
