- Interact and collaborate with various departments, staff, and office vendors.
- Participate in the project build-out of our new DC office.
- Support facilities-related and administrative duties for the Americas Corporate Services team.
- Maintain office space, ensuring it is well-organized and in good order.
- Plan and execute office-wide initiatives and events in DC.
- Contribute to firmwide projects and provide office coverage across the region.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting a mid to large-sized office.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Travel & Expense platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook email, calendar, and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive nature.
- A positive demeanor.
- Competitive base salary: $55,000-65,000 per year for a 5 day work week.
- Bonus or sales incentive eligibility.
