Automation Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Project Manager to join our team at Control System Integrators. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and operations, to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the automation industry.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex project data and develop effective solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
