Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on the continuous enhancement of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) Standardization, closely aligned with global common controls and automation frameworks.
  • Manage the integration of control systems across Vehicle Systems and Global Propulsion Systems on an international scale.
  • Address challenges proactively, leveraging expertise in manufacturing automation technologies.
  • Engage in safety risk assessments with cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate the approval of control drawings and conduct control run-offs at OEM sites.
  • Assist in resolving operational issues as necessary.
  • Promote the implementation of best practices and methodologies as outlined in the Global Controls Bill of Process.
  • Possess knowledge of motion control systems.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance of automation systems.
  • Demonstrate experience with Rockwell Automation or Siemens PLC and HMI systems.
  • Exhibit initiative by extending efforts beyond assigned tasks to enhance productivity and assist colleagues.
  • Proven project management capabilities.
  • Support projects related to Automated Storage and Retrieval systems for battery applications.
  • Collaborate within a small team environment.
  • Flexible working hours are available.
  • Potential for assignment extension.
Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • PMI or PMP certification is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience is required.
