Enterprise Telecom Director of Sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with Impact: Drive and manage the sales team, providing mentorship and motivation that turns potential into performance.
- Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement winning sales strategies that align with our business growth objectives.
- Closed Big Deals: Use your prowess to engage and close contracts with high-level decision-makers and key accounts.
- Relationship Guru: Establish and nurture connections with commercial tenants, property owners, leasing brokers, and industry influencers.
- Metrics and More: Track key sales metrics, and hold the team accountable, ensuring the team hits and exceeds goals while driving profitability.
- Master Multitasker: From product demos to proposal preparation, you'll oversee it all, while empowering your team to excel.
What You Need:
- Proven Leader: 5+ years of experience leading high-performance sales teams, preferably in the ISP or telecom sector.
- Sales Superstar: A strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing key accounts.
- Telecom Expertise: Deep understanding of ISP services and the ability to sell complex telecom solutions.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze the market, identify opportunities, and shape long-term business plans.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to inspire trust and loyalty.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using SaaS tools to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and optimize team performance.
- High-Energy & Motivated: A self-starter with the drive to lead by example and the grit to achieve ambitious goals.
Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year
