Enterprise Sales Director

Fortinet is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead a high-performing sales team in driving revenue growth and expansion into Enterprise accounts. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales success and exceed quota targets.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $250,000-$300,000, depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and location. Additionally, Fortinet offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation time, sick time, and a leave program.
Job DescriptionThis role requires a strong background in managing and directing sales teams, with a proven track record of achieving over-quota performance and demonstrated career stability. You must have experience in the network security industry and a proven ability to sell solutions through Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to Enterprise end customers. Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal, are essential for communicating effectively with executives and individual contributors.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of Enterprise Account Managers to grow sales within the Enterprise market
- Developing account plans with Major Account Managers to achieve goals and exceed quota responsibility
- Serving as the primary point of contact for executive management and working closely with other teams to maximize business focus
- Developing relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners
- Managing effective working relationships with regional teams, System Engineers, Marketing associates, Technical Assistance Center (TAC), and Professional Services team members
- Building and delivering accurate territory forecasts
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience managing a sales team
- Proven expertise in the network security industry
- A track record of significant over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stability
- Experience selling solutions through VARs to Enterprise end customers
- Selling experience in Firewall/VPN, AV, IDS/IDP, or similar areas
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Goal-oriented leadership abilities with a proven track record of mentoring, motivating, and developing teams
A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
