Enterprise Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director to join our team at MyTime, a rapidly growing SAAS company revolutionizing the beauty, wellness, pets, and fitness verticals. As a leader in sales strategy, you will drive revenue growth, build high-performing sales teams, and develop innovative go-to-market plans.

About the Role:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to exceed revenue targets, driving business growth through strategic partnerships and customer acquisitions.
- Build, lead, and motivate high-performing sales teams, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure they achieve their sales goals.
- Codify and implement a sales playbook, including meeting planning, discovery calls, product presentations, objection handling, and converting prospects into successful customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales execution, customer success, marketing, and product development.
- Design and implement processes for testing, learning, and iterating on sales strategies to optimize results.
- 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in scaling metrics-driven SaaS sales teams at rapidly growing technology companies.
- 3-10 years of sales leadership experience, with a track record of hiring and managing successful sales reps and managers-of-managers.
- Proven ability to design and implement sales playbooks used to acquire customers with $250K+ ACV, with a preference for MEDDIC methodology.
- Sales management experience with organizations that have scaled to $20M+ ARR, preferably in front-office software sales (martech, sales-tech, etc.).
- Strong analytical horsepower, problem-solving skills, project management, time management, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline, or equivalent additional experience.
