Position Summary:
The primary role of the Office Coordinator is to deliver high-level administrative support by conducting research, managing information requests, and executing clerical tasks. This position acts as a key information and communication facilitator within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and executing basic bookkeeping functions.
- Prepare various documents including invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports efficiently.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
- Draft responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and provide excellent customer service.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
- Capability to keep information organized and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience is required.
