Daily responsibilities will encompass traditional traffic engineering tasks, including intersection signal design, traffic management assessments, and corridor planning studies, while also providing unique chances to advance in various related fields.

Our professionals engage in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) design, toll technology development, travel demand forecasting, extensive data analysis, and more, always with a focus on delivering tailored solutions that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning and allocation of discipline-specific tasks, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Assist in marketing efforts, including proposal development.

Contribute to the formulation of project scopes and effort estimates within the discipline.

Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the project team's outputs within the technical discipline, guiding and mentoring the team towards achieving project goals.

Coordinate technical project aspects with client representatives and team partners at the staff level.

Collaborate closely with other disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience, or

Master's degree in Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience, or

PhD in Engineering with 4 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:
A proactive approach to tasks and assignments.

A strong observational skill set for field conditions, including data collection (e.g., signal information or traffic counts).

Proficiency in memo and report creation, including graphics and analytical components.

Knowledge of traffic design principles, including familiarity with industry-standard analysis software and signal layout.

A commitment to continuous learning as the industry evolves.



Additional Preferences:
PE License.

Experience with industry-standard analysis tools such as HCS, Synchro/SimTraffic, VISSIM, and IHSDM is advantageous.

Proficiency in data, plan, and graphic development tools, including Excel, MicroStation, Bluebeam, GIS, and PowerPoint.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
