Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time, exempt
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate caregiver assignments based on client requirements and staff availability.
- Adjust schedules as necessary and communicate updates to all relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate records of client and caregiver schedules, availability, and pertinent information.
- Input new client and employee data into our management systems.
- Oversee and update employee attendance logs.
- Ensure schedule accuracy for payroll and billing purposes.
- Perform additional related tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will be an organized, proactive problem solver with excellent teamwork skills.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in operating standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and multi-line telephones.
- Prior experience in high-volume scheduling is essential; experience in homecare scheduling is highly desirable.
