Position Overview

New Morning Schools, LLC is on the lookout for dedicated individuals to assist childcare personnel with essential administrative functions at our Out of School Time facilities in Southern New Hampshire. We seek enthusiastic, organized, and lively candidates to contribute to our expanding organization.

We offer flexible scheduling options available from 6:45 AM to 8:45 AM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with evenings, weekends, and holidays free from work obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of child attendance logs
  • Complete necessary attendance documentation
  • Verify and organize registration paperwork
  • Digitally archive documents for the main office
  • Facilitate communication between parents and the main office
  • Monitor and follow up on missing documentation

In addition to administrative tasks, Program Administrators will engage in daily activities such as arts and crafts, outdoor recreation, and snack supervision.

Qualifications:

No formal education or prior childcare experience is required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in childcare or relevant college coursework in education is advantageous.
