In this full-time position, you will be integral in managing a $7.9 million grant initiative that aids municipalities across New Hampshire. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Overseeing the complete administration of the Housing Opportunity Planning (HOP) grants cycle, which includes managing application intake, review processes, database oversight, grant documentation, and payment processing.
  • Implementing and maintaining a quality assurance framework. Designing and supervising data collection systems for reporting and analytical purposes.
  • Providing guidance on compliance matters. Ensuring adherence to grant program stipulations through meticulous documentation and organization. Developing and enforcing comprehensive policies and procedures for record-keeping that align with audit requirements.
  • Coordinating and facilitating orientation sessions and progress assessment meetings with grantees. Monitoring grantee performance to ensure timely completion of deliverables and adherence to project schedules. Managing the closure process for grant initiatives, including the compilation and organization of final reports and materials.
  • Assisting in the execution of the Housing Academy and managing logistical aspects. Administering stipends for participants and supporting the Connect Extension platform.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite / O365 applications.
  • Experience in grant or program management is preferred.
  • Strong ability to comprehend and adhere to program regulations.
  • Experience in data collection and reporting within housing, public health, or social services sectors.
  • Education: six to eight years of relevant work experience, with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • For training purposes, initial work will be conducted in the office, with opportunities for intermittent remote work thereafter.
