  • Verify Certificates of Insurance for vendors and ensure compliance with Kenco standards
  • Create and update daily reports for site leadership
  • Enter data into various programs for order processing
  • Coordinate employee events and meetings as requested by management
  • Update metric and communication boards
  • Perform HR duties, including onboarding and timekeeping administration
  • Cross-train in other roles for backup assistance when needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years' clerical experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and data entry skills
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions
