Job Overview

EFCO Corp. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering a full range of administrative services to our customer group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support functions and data entry for Sales and Warehouse personnel.
  • Process EFCO Online orders and provide customer service.
  • Manage contracted orders, including data entry, execution of contract packets, and collections of past due accounts.
  • Coordinate shipments, including data entry, freight coordination, and bill of lading preparation.
  • Process returns, including data entry, logging of incoming trucks, and coordination with warehouse personnel.
  • Update J-Photos on shipments and returns, and upload 620 Memos and DBR pictures in correct file formats.
  • Assist in weekly district meetings and submit weekly and end of month reports.
  • Perform other job-related duties or support as required, including greeting customers, answering phones, and ordering office supplies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 2-4 years experience in office administration, collections, or other administrative support field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and adapt to changes in daily tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, along with an aptitude for new programs like Salesforce and Kronos.
  • Detail oriented, good numeric and alpha skills, as well as general filing and recordkeeping abilities.
  • Must be able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
