About the Role

As a Nurse Practitioner at CVS Health, you will have the autonomy to run your own practice while receiving the support of our clinical care team. You will be empowered to provide holistic patient care, working collaboratively with our team to ensure positive patient health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Primary and Family Care: Offer accurate assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and management of health problems, as well as health counseling and disposition planning for our patients.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform tasks such as opening and closing the clinic, inventory management, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, and collecting payment, while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Coordinate Patient Care: Work with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: Possess a valid nursing license and relevant clinical experience.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in speaking and writing in additional languages, such as Spanish, may be required depending on the market.
