Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Office Clerk to support our warehouse operation in Cartersville, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks, including running and reconciling reports, purchasing warehouse supplies, and communicating with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run and reconcile reports through different business analytics platforms.
- Purchase warehouse supplies and complete non-inventory cycle counts in a warehouse operation.
- Create purchase orders and interact with vendors.
- Communicate with internal and external partners via email and over the phone.
- Attend meetings and record notes of the events.
- Facilitate event planning at the warehouse.
- Coordinate vendor appointments.
- Partner with internal and external customers.
- Schedule meetings as requested.
- Reconcile expense reports.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business (an asset).
- Strong computer skills.
- Experience creating reports in Microsoft Excel.
