Territory Sales Manager

Brock11 is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the Austin and San Antonio markets. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with contractors and distributors to drive sales growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and distributors
- Provide product training and support to ensure successful sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven sales experience in the construction or industrial sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office
