Job Overview

Brock11 is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the Austin and San Antonio markets. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with contractors and distributors to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and distributors
  • Provide product training and support to ensure successful sales
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales experience in the construction or industrial sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office
