Territory Sales Manager

Pacific Smoke International is seeking a Territory Account Manager to join our growing team in San Antonio, Texas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining high-performance relationships with our clients while driving mutual success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, build, and nurture long-term relationships with assigned accounts
- Consistently achieve sales quotas while ensuring high levels of client engagement and satisfaction
- Respond to client inquiries, identify new business opportunities, and grow existing customer relationships
- Manage communications between customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Develop a thorough understanding of account needs, adapting to changes in client requirements
- Negotiate contracts with clients and establish performance timelines
- Prepare and present reports on account objectives and progress to team members and stakeholders
- Analyze client data to enhance relationship management and improve client outcomes
- Forecast and track account metrics to ensure continued growth and performance
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new opportunities within the territory
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven success in nurturing long-term client relationships
- Active listening and negotiation skills
- Tactical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- 3+ years of Account Management experience
- Strong business acumen, particularly in the retail sector
- Experience in a competitive product category or market is preferred
