Territory Manager

Mobilelink is seeking a Territory Manager to lead and inspire a sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and drive successful expansion of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest level of customer experience at the store level by setting expectations of excellence in the execution of store standards, talent development, and product knowledge.
- Develop, challenge and motivate Store Managers to inspire their store employees to deliver unique customer service solutions aligned with company goals.
- Create an environment where employees are empowered to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results.
- Initiate and lead business change efforts to maximize desired results.
- Foster a continuous learning environment that develops highly knowledgeable and skilled teams.
- Maintain accountability for daily and monthly inventory counts.
- Ensure that company cash handling policies are followed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in retail leadership, preferably in the Wireless retail environment.
- Multi-unit management experience required.
- Bilingual preferred.
- The ability to recruit and counsel staff.
- Experience training and evaluating employees.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
