Customer Care Specialist - Employee Cloud Payroll

Training Duration: Comprehensive training program lasting 5 weeks, conducted onsite.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with in-office attendance required several days a week post-training.

Compensation: $19.50 per hour

As a Customer Care Specialist, your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our clients by addressing inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. You will be motivated to provide effective solutions and serve as a knowledgeable resource for our customers. Your eagerness to learn and commitment to excellent service will be essential as you navigate our expanding suite of hardware and software offerings. To excel in this position, you should be resilient, driven to provide high-quality interactions, and comfortable in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your expertise in Toast products and customer service to assist clients through calls, chats, and casework.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by employing creative problem-solving techniques and thorough inquiry to achieve accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Follow established procedures to escalate and coordinate customer responses in alignment with company values.
  • Enhance your understanding of Toast's hardware and software through ongoing professional development, training sessions, and hands-on experience.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role focused on satisfaction and enhancing the customer journey.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in troubleshooting technical tools, including laptops and software applications.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with tax filings and payroll services.
  • Experience in handling incoming calls and utilizing ticketing systems.
  • Background in the technology sector or with a SaaS organization.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
