Facilities Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team at PECNA Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America. This role will lead the Facilities Maintenance Team to support the development and execution of asset maintenance and reliability programs for our facilities infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Facilities Maintenance Team with diverse skillsets to ensure maintenance excellence and excellent customer service.
- Maintenance Planning: Work with the Facilities Operations Team to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for all buildings and systems.
- Reporting and Communication: Report to the Facilities Maintenance and Reliability Manager, providing regular updates on the status of maintenance tasks, projects, and any issues that arise.
- Emergency Response: Respond to site emergencies in support of the Facilities Operations Team and other agencies.
- Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits/inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with contracts and agreements.
- Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the Facilities Maintenance budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor Facilities Maintenance staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED; Trade school/vocational graduate preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMSs), building systems (mechanical, electrical, and controls), safety regulations, and maintenance best practices.
- Certifications: OSHA 10 or OSHA 30, HAZWOPER 8 or 40.
