Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Facilities Engineering team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the design, installation, commissioning, inspection, and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure, including fire and life safety systems.
- Project Management: Manage multi-functional teams in the design and estimating of expansion projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Team Development: Empower, develop, and reward team members for performance and growth, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate and interact with internal cross-functional teams to fulfill customer and company goals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or related engineering field.
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in operation/engineering of mission-critical facilities and infrastructure, with a minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a manager.
- Skills: Strong technical leadership, excellent organizational and verbal skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software, and ability to collect, analyze, and present technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Experience: Experience managing multi-discipline projects, responding quickly to critical situations, and performing rapid assessments and corrective actions.
- Certifications: Licensed Professional Engineer (optional).
