Key Responsibilities- Lead multi-functional teams in the design and estimating of expansion projects.
- Assist with the transition of properties into the portfolio from development or acquisition.
- Drive strategy and direction for Facilities Engineering team consistent with organizational guidelines and vision.
- Manage functional Facilities Engineering team to meet Facilities KPIs.
- Empower, develop, and reward individuals and teams for performance and growth.
- Ensure that company resources are utilized to sustain safe manufacturing excellence.
- Manage ongoing improvements in facilities efficiency, implementing Lean principles, and demonstrated proficiency in implementation.
- Coordinate and interact with internal cross-functional teams to fulfill Customer and Company goals.
- Support the creating and delivery of engineering objectives, facilities services, programs, and contracts.
- Further develops standards and procedures as business and customer needs evolve.
- Partner with procurement on opportunities to RFP and/or negotiated service contracts.
- Work with corporate legal counsel to manage contracts and day-to-day operations where applicable.
- Establishes trust and maintains open, positive relationships with team and customers.
- Conducts regular, formal site condition inspections and develops solutions for systemic needs.
- Collaborate with PECNA leadership to ensure consistency, lessons learned, and best practices across the Facility.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or related engineering field.
- 15+ years of experience in operation/engineering of mission critical facilities and infrastructure (design, installation, commissioning, inspection, fire/life safety systems).
- Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a manager.
- Ideal candidates will have supported and constructed large facilities, preferably in advanced manufacturing environments.
- Experience building and supervising a team or department within a multicultural startup environment.
- Strong technical leadership with excellent organizational and verbal skills.
- Knowledge of and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite software including Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Ability and proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Able to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritize work, and deliver quality results.
- Self-starter who works well independently and an outstanding ability to follow up with minimal direction by seeking answers and a focus on team success.
- Able to make appropriate decisions when confronted with obstacles, think about them before acting, and consistently resolve issues in creative and effective ways.
- A strong work ethic with a get the job done approach and consistently delivers excellent customer service, both internally and externally.
- Intuitive, adaptable, creative, and collaborative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Experience managing multi-discipline projects.
- Able to respond quickly to potentially critical situations, perform rapid, accurate assessments, identify causes of failures, determine appropriate corrective actions, and implement these corrections promptly to mitigate the effects of system upsets.
- Proficient with PC hardware and windows-based applications.
