About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager to join our team at PECNA Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and manage a team of electrical maintenance technicians to ensure they perform at a high level and meet the needs of the production floor.
    • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Perform preventative maintenance and repair on a variety of electro-mechanical, robotic, and pneumatic manufacturing equipment.
    • Identify and troubleshoot complex problems and develop and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with established safety procedures and protocols.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with production staff, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize equipment performance.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • 6+ years of experience in electrical maintenance and management, preferably in a highly automated factory environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
    • Experience with PLCs, robotics, and other industrial control systems.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications and Training
    • Journeyman certification in electrical work.
    • PLC training and experience.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
